Formula 1 is a healthy meal and can be consumed by even babies. I have taken most of the Herbalife products throughout my 2nd pregnancy (see my story at Healthy Pregnancy – http://herbalife-wellness.blogspot.com/2006/10/dr-jamie-mcmanus-on-herbalife.html) and I had a fantastic pregnancy because of it, much better compared to my first one. My baby has also been on the shakes since he was 6 months old and he loves his milk with F1 in it, chocolate especially (naturally).

There is a warning on the F1 can to consult your doctor before taking it if you are pregnant just to make sure you do not use it as a weigh loss product during pregnancy. You can have it for breakfast with all bran cereal and a piece of fruit, together with 2 balanced meals and I used to also have it as a healthy snack in the afternoon. I have only put 12 kilos or less than a stone in my 2nd pregnancy as a result as it reduced my cravings for unhealthy, usually sugary, foods.

Our products comply with all the megadosage and labelling laws and it means that we do not have too much of anything in our products to create any problems and that you also get in each products exactly what is stated on the label.
