As somebody who is training for triathlon, my first shall I say, and having just come back from an incredible Herbalife’s UK’s biggest annual training event, Spring Spectacular in Manchester, where I have been trained by Dr Ralph Rodgers, amongst many, I was delighted to read an article in The Independent from last year about Dr. Ralph Rodgers and his advice on training for triathlon.
Nutritional advice comes from Dr Ralph Rogers, the UK representative of Herbalife’s global nutrition advisory board. He is a black belt in jujitsu and a research fellow at the School of Sport, Performing Arts and Leisure at the University of Wolverhampton. He was also medical advisor to the Trinidad & Tobago World Cup 2006 football team.

Thanks great story I am a big fan of Dr Ralph Rogers – I met him in Germany when he was Medical Advisor to Trinidad.
